About Us
Ann Grana is both a very experienced sales executive and an experienced sales training professional. Ms. Grana has over twenty five years experience in a variety of sales and sales professional development roles. She has consistently surpassed her peers in performance.
She has designed and delivered a variety of sales training programs. Ms. Grana has also written product manuals and developed sales strategies for new products in the pharmaceutical industry. Based on her performance in the field she was initially selected to design and deliver the initial sales training class for Women First Health Care. Much of her initial training experience came in combination with her field sales responsibilities.
In her career as an account executive, Ms. Grana has focused on the pharmaceutical industry dealing with physicians, pharmacies and hospitals. Ms. Grana introduced, educated and successfully sold the first generation of AIDS and anti-viral agents. She has promoted cough/cold and allergy categories to primary care, pediatricians and internal medicine specialists. She has also promoted prescription and over the counter products focused on pain management and cough and cold remedies.
After founding AMG Consulting in May of 2004, she has worked with the programs of the Sterling Institute and the Bayer Institute for Health Care Communication. Some of her clients include St. John’s Mercy Medical Center, DePaul Hospital, the Washington University School of Medicine, Health Alliance, DISC, Sungard, Irwin Union Bank, The Business Bank of St. Louis, Integrity Detection Systems, the St. Louis Cosmetic Surgery Center, and AAIM.
